President Obama’s half-brother Malik Obama will be at the final presidential debate on Wednesday night – but he won’t be there to support his sibling’s choice to succeed him. Malik Obama has reportedly accepted Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s invitation to be his guest at the debate, Mediaite reported.
He told the BBC it was ‘sort of disappointing, somewhat hypocritical’ that no members of Obama’s Kenyan family attended the DNC this summer.
Malik will be seated next to Trump’s other guest Pat Smith, the mother of Sean Smith who died in Benghazi.
Clinton is also inviting guests to Wednesday night’s debate that have rocky pasts with Trump.
